History

Since incorporating on December 29th 1986, Work of Art Woodworking has been providing discriminating clients with finely crafted cabinetry. Proprietor Art McConville, had been apprenticing under the watchful eye of master carpenter and father, Frank McConville as a child. The passing on of his skills in furniture design, joinery and wood carving came naturally in his position of Cabinet Making Instructor at a technical school in Milton, Ontario. Migrating through four shops as the business expanded Work of Art’s studio is now located on the scenic Niagara Escarpment in Limehouse, Ontario.
