The two tone cabinetry is a theme seen throughout home. Ample drawer space is conveniently placed all around the working side of the kitchen.
The floating island panel is back lit to create a comfortable evening ambience. The panels are actually removable to access mechanical elements of the kitchen.
The ventilation hood is clad in a matching wood grain laminate tying the island panels nicely to the work area.
This butlers pantry is cleverly hidden behind the main kitchen area. The lighted china cabinet invites you explore this functional set up
The small appliances are out of sight of the main kitchen but readily accessible when required. Upper and lower cabinetry provide and excellent overflow for those less used kitchen items.
Continuing behind the main kitchen leads to the laundry room. These busy rooms are easily accessible but hidden away from view. A stacking washer/dryer has allowed room for a second fridge.
A fold down ironing board is available when needed but neatly tucked away when not in use saving valuable floor space.
A laundry and utility sink was efficently placed between the washer/dryer and 2nd fridge maximizing the space.
The dedicated wine and spirit room is the owners pride any joy. A red wine rack with a capacity of 63 bottles proudly displays the collection. The under counter wine fridge holds the white wines chilled and ready. Spirits and cigars are readily available on the shelves above.
The floating horizontal wine rack is back lit with LED lights that can be changed to an array of colours.
Stainless steel rods were inserted through the wood frames allowing for full view of the collection at a glance.
The stairs leading to the master suite are accented with the same wood grain laminate seen throughout.
The stone tiled wall is back lit with LED lights. This feature is as functional as it is aesthetic. Having a well lit stairway without glaring lights in your eyes is a sensible detail.
Once ascending the stairs you enter into the dressing room area. The full height wardrobe cabinets are anchored by and island dresser with ample drawer space.
The shoe storage is hidden on the back side of the island.
The handless wardrobe cabinets are accessed with a recessed pull which is accented by the common wood grain seen throughout.
Entering into the master bedroom the two tone theme continues. A custom bed frame is flanked by floating bedside tables and an upholstered head board. The floor to ceiling custom reed wall detail ties it all together.
A quaint seating area has a built in bookcase with extra storage below. The glass wall allows the occupant a full view of the living area below.
The master ensuite features an expansive double vanity with an abundance of drawer space. Back lit floating his and hers mirrors allow for two people to get ready for a busy day.
Opposite the vanity are overflow cabinets designed to house towels and all the other bathroom needs.
Built in custom furniture was included with the millwork package. The child’s desk provides ample room for school work and book storage. There is a built in LED light mounted above the work surface.
An additional bookcase was located beside the wardrobe cabinets.
Drawers were incorporated in the wardrobe with hanging space behind the doors above.
